Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery (CPMS) is a college of Des Moines University (DMU) located in Des Moines, Iowa. The college is one of three colleges at Des Moines University. The College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery was the first school of podiatric medicine to be affiliated with an academic health science center.

CPMS students have unique training experiences in that their first and second years involve sharing curricula, classrooms, and grading scales with the osteopathic medical (D.O.) students. Regarding early clinical exposure, podiatry med students gain experience at Des Moines University Clinic and Des Moines University Foot and Ankle Institute, an extension of the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Podiatry med students are given great flexibility in lining up their fourth-year clinical rotations and are not bound to affiliated programs as is the case with other podiatric schools of medicine. Finally, CPMS grads have consistently performed above the average in the total score and in all facets of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery board certification written exam.
